I am asking for a short financial boost for my brother Rustin. A blood clot in his leg has him in extreme pain and unable to work. He was in the ICU for 6 days, but unfortunately there isn't a lot that the doctors can do to remove or bypass the clot. They are hoping that is body can produce enough collateral circulation to save his leg below the clot. There is much uncertainty both short term and long term, but for now it's my hope that with your help we can at least provide some replacement income while he awaits answers.
Life often has a way of throwing detours... Just 2 years ago he lost his wife to a long battle with cancer and had to essentially start over. My brother has great talent and passion around cooking. In the past year he has spent time working towards making it his profession and he just graduated from culinary school in Boulder, CO. Unfortunately life has provided another detour. Rustin will forge and ahead and be the fighter we know he is. My brother is proud, and wouldn't ask for help. For now, I am humbly asking for support until a long term plan can be mapped out. All gifts would go towards monthly replacement income to cover essentials until a long term plan can be mapped out.
