Aid Needed for Uganda's Vulnerable Dogs

I am raising money to help a friend in Uganda, who is saving dogs. The government there wants to put them all to sleep instead of caring for them. This is a Third World country, and money and resources are scarce. God has called upon me to help this person who is helping these angels.
