<div><strong>Help My Mom Heal After a Traumatic Injury</strong>

<div>A few family members and I wanted to start this fundraiser for my mom, who was injured in a terrible accident while on the way to help me move. She went to inflate the dolly tire when it suddenly exploded, breaking four of her fingers and severing two of them. On her other hand, she also required stitches.

<div>She had to undergo emergency surgery, where metal pins were placed in her hand, and the doctors have told us she may never regain full function. Right now, she is unable to work for at least 6 weeks—and even after that, she will only be able to work limited hours while her body tries to heal. She will also need physical therapy for a long time to come.

<div>This has been devastating both physically and financially. My mom has always been someone who puts others first, and now she is facing mounting medical bills, time away from work, and the long road of recovery ahead.
