<div>In June, our mom was diagnosed with ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Scelrosis), at just 45 years old. Also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease. There’s no cure for this. Something we never imagined we would face so early in life. Anyone who knows our mom knows the kind of woman she is: selfless, loving, and the first to show up when someone else needs help or support. She spent her life caring for others, both in her work and in her everyday life, long before she ever asked for anything in return.

<div>Thanks to the incredible generosity of family, friends, and even strangers, our mom was able to take her dream trip to Hawaii this year. That trip created memories we will cherish forever, and we are endlessly grateful that she had that moment of joy in the middle of so much uncertainty. We can never thank everyone enough for giving her that gift.

<div>Now, as her daughters and full-time caregivers, we are learning just how overwhelming and costly ALS truly is. The expenses go far beyond what we ever expected:
