<div>Hi everyone, I am a close friend of Heather and Valentino Ramirez and her daughter, Mikayla.  <strong>Mikayla was diagnosed with idiopathic intracranial hypertension</strong>, a rare condition for children, alongside an arachnoid cyst. This condition mimics the symptoms of a brain tumor. For the past month, she has been suffering from debilitating migraines and severe vertigo, which has made it impossible for her to attend school and participate in normal activities.

<div>Due to her condition, Mikayla is now being homeschooled and requires a wheelchair for mobility. This abrupt change has been incredibly challenging for both her and her family, especially her mother, who is self-employed and has had to significantly reduce her work hours to care for Mikayla.

<div>Mikayla has been hospitalized twice in the last month and has been seen by numerous specialists along with several ER visits. <strong>The medical expenses, combined with the loss of income, have created a financial strain on their family.</strong> We are asking for your help to cover the mounting medical bills, transportation for appointments, and other necessary expenses during this difficult time.
