<div>On the night of February 23, 2026 the Superior &amp; Sage Hotel (formerly, <em>Superior Inn</em>) suffered an engulfing and devastating structure fire. Thankfully, there were no people or pets unaccounted for that terrible night. However, this was Martin’s home and place of employment for 4 years. The resulting aftermath was a tremendous loss for many guests, staff, and community members whom shared this space as their “home.”

<div>His room’s proximity to the blaze and the collapse of the roof caused substantial loss of personal effects and belongings ranging from: clothing, blankets, jackets, photos, documents, his PC &amp; setup equipment; along with many items of personal importance relating to many passed loved ones &amp; priceless memories of the same.

<div>Looking forward we are hoping to use anything given to try and get him back to some normalcy, and set him up to repair the ruin that this disaster has brought upon his life.

<div>Thankfully, he has housing lined up in the means of an apartment of his own. Affirming that any additional cushion will be put towards rebuilding, furnishing, and providing for his expenses going forward.
