Aid Jonathan's road to recovery

I am setting up this page for my father, Jonathan Ruppert. On Saturday, October 4th, my dad was involved in a major car accident and sustained multiple injuries. He was riding passenger on his way back to work when the driver lost control and slammed into the feeder wall on I-10 and Westgreen in Katy, TX. Although we feel so blessed that he is still here with us he sustained injuries that will severely impact him for several months. He broke his right femur and left ankle along with the Achilles heel tendons on the left leg. He also ruptured a disc and has a fracture in his pelvis and hip, preventing him from sitting up. His left wrist his broken and he had several stiches due to a large gash in his head. He was pulled from the vehicle by a passerby as the car caught fire and brought to the medical center to receive immediate trauma care. He has received one round of surgery already and requires an additional surgery before he is able to go home. My dad is the sole provider for my 11-year-old brother and will now be out of work for at least 4-6 months. He requires round the clock care while he recovers and all the support he can get to provide for my brother and focus on getting better. Funds will go towards medical bills, therapy needs, and monthly living expenses. Anything will help and prayers are welcome. Again, we are so fortunate that he will eventually make a full recovery. We appreciate all your love and support and will keep everyone posted as we ensure the road ahead.
