<li>Hi my name is Nancy and many of you may know my children Isabella and Julian Pusateri and luke Bahr as well as my stepsons Dominic, Anthony, Christian, Gabin and Hayden. I have a hard time asking for help and this is very humbling for me. Isabella has been sick for going on 2 years now and has seen 7 specialists trying to get a diagnosis and this has caused me to miss a lot of work, I am a single mother and sole provider for my children. I have barely been getting by financially, but I have been making it work up until we had an emergency situation on April 21. Isabella had to have an emergency appendectomy which has caused me to miss almost a whole paycheck and on top of that a week later she became very ill with severe abdominal pain and nausea they ran tests and saw that her bowel was twisted and she was receiving no blood supply to her intestine. They immediately took her by ambulance to Children’s Hospital and performed emergency surgery, which lasted almost 3 hours repairing her intestine and a hernia which they did not see on the original CT scan. We have been here since Wednesday and I am not sure when she will get to go home yet but I will be missing even more work to take care of her when she is let go. Not only has it been a hardship for our family and barely getting by paycheck to paycheck because I have only been able to work minimal hours for the past 6 months but now even with health insurance, I’m going to have medical expenses, as well as trying to pay my mortgage and monthly bills. I have no family nearby help me getting her to appointments or to take care of her while she’s recovering. I am asking anyone who feels it in their heart to give anything that they can give so that my family and I can get back on our feet and I can rest easy knowing that I can take care of my daughter and not have to worry about losing my home. would greatly appreciate anything. if you can’t give, if you could please share this on your social media that would help a lot. I thank you for taking the time to read this and I would appreciate any prayers you have to give.
