<div>Hi there! My name is Grace McCloud. My fiancé, Travis Hall, 9 year old German Shepherd, Ace, and I recently lost our living space at North Crane Living off of Indian River Boulevard in Vero Beach due to the Hurricane Milton’s devastating damage. On Wednesday, 10/9/24, our apartment was flooded with water intrusion. Most of our personal belongings and furniture including our couch, tv stand, shoes, and the majority of our clothes are gone. More importantly, the place we called home is damaged beyond repair and we are actively looking for another space to live. The apartment had 8-10 inches of standing water including backed up sewage and wildlife habitation. We were without power for 3 days and toxic mold is actively growing, making it an unsafe place to live.

<div>Unfortunately, we do not carry renters insurance due to the skyrocketing costs.
</div>

<div>We are looking into as many disaster relief programs as possible, but for the time being, finding a new place to live and replacing daily living and household items is the highest priority.
