Aid for Yosemite Area Families during Covid 19

We are facilitating a fundraiser to help our Merced River Canyon corridor families in need.  During this extended time of closure and unemployment, and with the addition of new Covid 19 cases this week, many people have asked how can they help?


As we know, although we are all under the same restrictions, the stimulus money and unemployment checks have not been distributed to all of us.  Donations can hopefully be one way in our tiny corner of the world, that we can even out this distribution, and bring us together as one community.  


The goal is to gather funds and distribute them directly to people in need.   Ceci Jackson and Jose Marquez will work with families to distribute the money.  These funds will pay for rent, food, general peace of mind and recognition that everyone in our community is thinking of and supporting one another right now.
