<div>If you do not know, <strong>I have syncope accompanied by blackouts, so I fall often.</strong> This has added other health conditions, such as injuries to my cervical and lumbar spine, that limit the activities I can do.

<div>I have a list of doctors, diagnoses, and medications. I could go on and on, but honestly, I'm just asking for a little help. Anything helps and is greatly appreciated.
