Hi, my name is Justin. I am a 30-year-old dad who, on 4/1/25, had a heart attack and was in the hospital for 4 days. After tests and everything, I'm operating on 35% of my heart! At this time, I can't return to work. I start cardiac rehab this week and hope in the coming months I can get my heart to operate at a higher rate!

I have 4 kids and bills to just stay afloat. Any help is much appreciated. The money will go to gas, food, meds, and even needs for my kids while I’m unable to work and waiting for disability to kick in. It also goes to less stress and allows me to focus and recover and hope I can regain strength back in my heart! I am sorry for asking for help, and I am not one to do so. But I have been stressing so much the last few days thinking about my bills and how I'm gonna afford things for my kids and be able to just recover.

since heart attack I have been in and out of hospital 3 times now. I am having issues with my blood pressure dropping and I pass out! But I am not giving up!!!
