<div>On Friday night, July 18th, 2025, Jeremy was involved in a terrible accident. He was struck in the head by a grinder blade and suffered a skull fracture along with bleeding on his brain. He was immediately airlifted to UAMS, where he underwent emergency surgery around 3:00 AM Saturday morning, July 19th. Surgery lasted until 6:00 AM.

<div>To relieve the pressure on his brain, surgeons had to remove a portion of the right side of his skull. This will need to be surgically replaced in about a month. Jeremy is currently in the ICU, where he remains under close observation.

<div>On the morning of July 19th, doctors were able to remove his ventilator. Jeremy, still sedated, was able to briefly communicate with the medical team and explain what happened, a hopeful sign.

<div><strong>There is a long and uncertain road ahead for Jeremy.</strong> He will be unable to work for the foreseeable future, and they are facing major medical expenses, household bills, and transportation costs related to his care.
