His family experienced such a tragic interaction while walking him in the park, when another off-leash dog viciously attacked him. <strong>It’s a miracle he’s alive.</strong> Sadly, his family incurred a large hospital bill in order to save their baby which depleted their retirement savings substantially. <strong>Here is the story from Monroe Animal Control.</strong>

<div>On 6/16/25 at around 1430 hours (2:30 pm), a small dog was attacked by the parking lot of Webb Mountain Park by a dog described as a Rottweiler. The owner of this dog is described as a brunette woman with a white SUV as well as a second dog, grey and white in color.
