<div>My name is Amanda Emmerich. My sister Ashley Emmerich, my 10 year old nephew Jacob and 3 year old niece Gracie were in a car accident March 17th. My sister and nephew were pronounced dead on the scene. My niece Gracie is currently at Cardinal Glennon fighting for her life right now in critical condition. She has multiple skull fractures, broken leg and is having seizures. Ashley leaves behind 4 children, including Gracie. I am BEGGING you to please donate to help her family pay for funeral/medical expenses or anything her children may need. <div> Gracie got her c-collar off today. They plan on placing a plate back in the right side of her head in roughly 2-3 weeks. So that means CT came back with good results. They are planning on removing the leg cast on Thursday, let’s hope it gets to stay off. She then has to get her muscle strength back and learn to walk again. She got fitted for a new wheelchair today also, that way she can learn to propel herself around. She also got her helmet fixed again to make it tighter on her head. All good news today!
