<div>We are heartbroken to announce the untimely passing of Arthur “Art” Scena IV, a devoted husband, father, and dedicated member of the law enforcement community. Art leaves behind his beloved wife, Amanda, and their two beautiful daughters, Riley and Reese.

<div>Art’s life was a testament to his unwavering commitment to his family and his community. He served as a Patrolman for Philadelphia Housing, Chester Police Department, and more recently, the residents of Phoenixville. His dedication extended beyond his professional life, as he was also a passionate member of the Bullet’s Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club, often coordinating memorial rides and benefits for those we lost in the law enforcement family.
