Aid for Aidan Legg

On Monday June 19, 2017 Aidan Legg was involved in a horrible accident in Valdosta Georgia. He, along with his older brother and a friend, were riding in the back of a trailer that was being pulled by a pickup truck. At the moment some of the details of the accident are still unclear. We do know that Aidan fell out of the trialer and believe that he was also possibly run over. He has suffered several head injuries as a result. Both orbital bones are completely crushed, he has multiple skull fractures, and has fluid and swelling on his brain.
Aidan is being cared for at CHOA Scottish Rite in thier PICU. As of today, June 22nd, he is still in a medically induced coma and will remain that way until he is able to stay stable for a while. Once he has been stable for an extended amount of time they will then discuss the future surgeries that will be required for his healing. Doctors are hoping to be able to preform surgery some time next week if things go according to plan.

Aidan will be in the hospital for several weeks at the least. As friends of Aidan's parents, we want to help lessen one burden by helping them raise funds to cover their medical expenses as well as lost wages while they remain at the hospital for Aidan. Jeff Legg, Aidan's dad, is a police officer and has been for 19 years. During this time he will be by Aidan's side and obviously missing work and his extra jobs that his family typically depends on.  Please lift up Aidan, his family, and all staff involved in your prayers and if you are able to donate we would be very thankful.
