Hello friends. My name is Sheri Shonk. I am raising funds for my daughter Abigail Shonk to help her with paying her monthly expenses while she recovers from surgery to replace the completely torn Lateral Collateral Ligament on her left knee. What we thought would be a one-to-two-week recovery now looks like it will take like 6 weeks minimum.

She is the only one currently earning an income as her boyfriend is experiencing his own medical issues with a complex seizure disorder and may require his own surgery later this summer.

As you can imagine, this long recovery means they will have no income for the next six to eight weeks. Abigail is a very hard worker and has been employed since she was fifteen years old. I'm asking for people to rally around her as she recovers and take the financial burden off her shoulders so she will have one less thing to worry about.

We appreciate any help you can give her. Every little bit helps and all money raised will go to her for their monthly expenses while she recovers.
