It is with heavy hearts and profound sorrow that we share the unexpected passing of Peter Lawrence Lue, who left us far too soon at the age of 63 on Sunday, June 8, 2025.

Peter was so much more than a husband, father, and grandfather — he was the rock of our family, a private hero whose strength, sacrifice, and love knew no limits. He is survived by his living wife, Flo; his children, Taylor and Joshua; and his two precious granddaughters, who adored their “Papa” more than words can express.

In 2015, our family faced unimaginable heartbreak when Flo suffered a brain tumor and a devastating stroke. From that day forward, Peter became her full-time caregiver — not because he had to, but because his love for her was that deep, that unwavering. For nearly a decade, he gave up everything to make sure she was safe, comforted, and cared for, every single day.

Peter’s passing leaves an unimaginable void, not just in our hearts, but in our lives. Flo now requires 24/7 medical care, and with Peter gone, we are faced with an overwhelming reality — emotionally, physically, and financially. As we grieve the loss of the man who held us all together, we are now reaching out to our community for support.

Any contributions made will go directly toward covering the costs of Flo’s in-home medical care, including home health aides and essential medical services. Our hope is to honor Peter’s legacy by continuing the care he fought so hard to provide.
