Last week, my friend Patrick Lessard got the devastating news that every parent fears. His 7-year-old son, Damien, was diagnosed with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Patrick and his wife, Marie-Pier, also have a daughter who turns 2 in a couple of weeks. You can imagine the difficult times they're going through and have ahead of them.

I am hoping to raise funds to help ease some of the stress of monthly bills and accruing medical expenses to allow them to focus on what's important, and that's being with Damien and caring for Rebecca. If you're unable to help financially, please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
