Anyone who knows my father knows he is active on Facebook. He has not been for the past few weeks because he’s been in the hospital. He had an accident while working that caused him a lot of trouble. He had to have some toes amputated. After he was released from his 8-day hospital stay, two days later he had to go back to the hospital for breathing troubles. UNC Healthcare transferred him to Forsyth Medical ICU. He has been in there for a week on a BiPAP machine. Moving forward, we’ve gotten off the BiPAP and oxygen. He is about to be transferred to WC for therapy for his injury. He will be revisiting with cardiology to deeper dive into his heart health as an outpatient. There is a possibility for surgery.

He’s been hospitalized basically the entire month of November and is not expected home until the middle of December.

He’s not able to work and won’t be for a few months.

ALL FUNDS RAISED will be used for dad’s basic needs. He has spent a week in inc healthcare and almost three weeks in Forsyth medical one week being in ICU.
