Aid Booker's Fight with DiGeorge Syndrome

Hello, my name is Sirena Tracas. I am starting this donation for Booker Leo Leonard. He is a beautiful 20-month-old toddler. His parents are Savannah and Tysen Leonard of Joseph City, AZ. Booker was born with DiGeorge Syndrome. With his DiGeorge Syndrome, it has caused a few complications with the development of his heart and other areas of his body. Booker has Pulmonary Atresia and had his first surgery to accommodate this issue last May 2024. He’s had multiple Cath Lab procedures and has spent countless time in the hospital with great doctors and surgeons who have been game-planning his next step.

He has his next surgery coming up on April 15th. This surgery will be to close a hole he has in his heart. Booker loves the movie “Cars” and he loves to play basketball. Over everything, he loves his sister Sunnie, and he lights up every room he walks in with his big smile. Savannah and Tysen have loved every bit of this journey, learning so much through the struggle of Booker’s medical challenges. Tysen has worked in law enforcement for the last 2 years for local law enforcement agencies. Savannah is a stay-at-home mom with Booker and his little sister Sunnie. They have been so blessed as a family to receive the best care and have such a great team supporting Booker.

Any donation is greatly appreciated to assist the family, as Tysen will be missing work to be with his family. Booker has shown us that anything is possible, and no trial is ever too difficult to overcome. He has taught them that they can love anywhere and everywhere and how important it is to just be kind. He will most likely have more surgeries in the future to further handle the complications he goes through. He doesn’t ever let any of it get in the way of living his life, no matter how hard it gets.
