<p>Hi, I am Andrew Goodale's mother and I am setting this gofundme up due to Andrew not having any medical insurance. Andrew will need physical therapy, medical supplies, medications, have many trips back and forth to doctors appointments,&amp; several  more upcoming surgeries.
