help save my job

I am a disabled trans man that works full time at a grocery store. I need a knee operation because of a fall months ago. I have insurance, but no time off saved for the time off work that it will take to recover. I used up all my time off, because I suffer with leukemia. The $3,000. would help me pay rent and bills for 2 months, until I can get back to work. I need to get the operation by Nov. 1 or I will lose my job, because there are no positions that allow for sitting or crutches.
