Hello everyone I'm 23 and have been sick for 5 months my doctors recently diagnosed me with a rare disease called gastroparesis meaning my stomach is completely paralyzed and doesn't digest food. My gastroenterologist believe that this is caused from another rare syndrome called POTS syndrome. I can't be officially diagnosed with the POTS syndrome until I see a specialist. Unfortunately there is only one place in the United States that specializes in this specific syndrome, the facility is located in Colleyville Texas. The treatment will cost $6,800, my insurance will only cover $4,000 which means I need to come out of pocket with at least $4,000 more dollars.
