Carol and Vince Sottosanti founded Kids Unlimited as a nonprofit corporation in 1986 to provide a safe stage for young performers who wish to explore the excitement of singing, dancing and acting. Unable to find a program that allowed young performers to gain stage experience, Carol put small shows together with several other moms; and Kids Unlimited was born. The name came from the belief that "Kids" can do anything. Carol and Vince continue to provide a caring and nurturing environment where positive learning experiences are emphasized.
No other organization in Tucson provides the unique performance classes and experiences KU offers. Students learn a diverse combination of dance, musical theatre, voice, and acting and also allows the opportunity for students to showcase their talents on stage! Kids Unlimited’ s goal is to ensure that each one of their students builds the confidence and self-esteem necessary to succeed in today’s world.
Carol will tell you the greatest reward is the confidence children and teens come away with and the friendships they make, after being part of Kids Unlimited. She feels truly blessed to have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young performers.
As we are all aware, the pandemic has affected everyone around the globe, Kids Unlimited was no exception. KU has been serving the Tucson community for over 35 years. It is our hope that they can continue to serve for another 35 years, but we need your help. No donation is too small.
