More information about The Brain Tumour Charity: The Brain Tumour Charity is the leader in its field, funding world-class research, providing support and information and raising awareness of brain tumours. It is dedicated to beating this disease, the biggest cancer killer of people under 40 in the UK.

As you may be aware I myself was diagnosed with a brain tumour in September 2023, & Thanks to the amazing work the guy's at the brain tumour charity do I was able to receive a pack when I was diagnosed which costs £10.00 this pack is needed when you are 1st diagnosed ,there are scary questions and lots of information Is needed, this pack costs the charity £10.00 and patients receive for free when diagnosed for myself, having this pack put my mind at ease and also put me into touch with other like minded individuals who where going through the same thing as me, I was able to join a meningioma Facebook group which has been a fantastic support network to me , I was able to ask questions chat & share and discuss stories. Which helped my mental health and helped me stay calm at worrying times.

This charity is very important to me for the future of brain tumour research and treatments, and also to raise awareness.

I do not want anyone's sympathy for my own personal case, however i have 452 people on my Facebook page if each of you could find it in your heart to donate just £1 to this amazing charity that would mean hundreds of other people like myself can be supported through the horrible diagnosis of a brain tumour and be fully supported and helped just like I was , the NHS can't do this alone.

This support is crucial at what can feel like a lonely time for some people, I am lucky to have great family and friends for support but not everyone is.
