Heart 2 Heart DOLLAR RAMA!

Heart 2 Heart is a small fully volunteer organization  dedicated to supporting Emancipated Foster and At Risk Youth in Solano County and the Agencies that already serve them.  We help provide the necessities for life just as any parent of a young adult would as much as we can... as well as referrals to programs that can assist throughout Solano County.   Daily we get requests for help with finding a place to sleep, permanent or temporary living arrangements , access food, toiletries, homework help, college books, school supplies, transportation assistance, clothing, housewares, bus passes, car maintenance, furniture, etc.  It is our goal to stablize our youth so that they can stay in college and continue to break the cycle.  For many, we one of the few things in their life that they can count on for the little things as well as the big.  
 In addition, we also hold fun activities throughout they year such as 'Everyone's Birthday Bash'  in August and our Open Mic Night Banquet as well as Christmas gifts, stockings, Easter Baskets, etc...   We are simply a group of parents who can no longer look away from these precious youth who are slipping throught the cracks.  They were once invisible.  The statistics are stacked against them.  The odds are horrific.  We stand with them.  We fight for them.  We love them.  We are not just changing lives, we are changing a community.  https://www.facebook.com/Heart2HeartSolanoCounty
