Medical expenses for Emily Martin

Hello...
I am here asking for help on behalf of my sister Shona. Last Friday (6/13/14), her daughter Emily (my niece) was in a horrific car accident. This fund is being set up to help my sister off set the medical & other expenses incurred for Emily's care. 
Her injuries are:
Right leg: broken femur, had surgery to put a rod in
Left leg: compound open fracture wound by the knee and lower broken leg (tibia) and a broken foot
pelvis: fracture in three places
Face: has cuts from the glass with three different location of stitches
right hand: gnarly wound, exposed her knuckle, they pulled the skin back in place and stitched it up.
She ended up having a blood transfusion two days after her surgery. Emily has a long road ahead of her on her recovery. She will not be allowed to put weight on her lower body for at least six weeks. And she will need 24/7 help. Where as her Mom (my sister) is a single parent of two children who barely makes it as it is. Even missing work can take its toll. Any amount is greatly apreciated.
