Daddy

Hello my name is Samantha Rutkowski, i am the oldest of three. I have set this site up to pay for any funeral cost for my dad Paul Rutkowski.. As many of you know my dad has been diagnosed with GBM. Its the most lethal form of brain cancer... Recently my dad has been in the hospital for the past 2-3 wks.. On sunday (fathers day) me my sister Jennifer and my Cioci Jeanne made the tough decision to move my dad to hospice as the treatments were not working any more...my dad is now down to his last days of life, Me and my family are asking u friends and family for any help you can give us to pay for his funeral when the time comes as my dad has very little. This is hard for us to ask and we appreciate anything you can donate. We thank you with all our hearts as well.
