Love Can Build a Bridge

A little over two years ago, our mom was diagnosed with Stage IV Breast Cancer. She's the strongest woman I know and has fought so hard. Unfortunately her health has deteriorated these last few months. The cancer has spread to the fluid surrounding her brain, leaving her unable to eat, drink, talk, or even move. She is currently at home on hospice but will soon be called home. Honoring her wishes, my mom does not want a funeral and would like to be cremated. She wants her remains split between my step father, my sister and I. Unfortunately she does not have insurance. I'm hoping to raise money to help cover cremation cost, urns, and also to help put together a Celebration of Life. All additional funds will be used to pay off some of her remaining bills and to take care of her 7 fur-babies. I know one of her biggest wishes was to make sure her dogs were taken care of. Those who know her well know that she's a huge animal lover and an advocate on Breast Cancer Awareness. I want to honor her heart, spirit, and love for her family, friends, and animals. All funds will go towards her final wishes and remembrance.
