Agnice Campbell/Sinixt land defence

Agnice Sophia Campbell was born in Vallican, BC on October 9, 2005 fulfilling a gap in history after a long term of being declared an extinct band in accordance to the Indian Act.
The home where she was born, has been overtaken by a United States based Society that became an extra provincial society in BC. (Arrow Lakes Aboriginal Society); Lola Campbell was arrested from the residents Sept.15th 2017, the Crown informed her Dec. 4th 2017 that charges were cleared, however, our family is still denied access to our home and have been informed by ARVAY FINLAY LLP, file No: 10245 that a majority of our posessions have been put into a local storage locker. Currently we are residing at the Vallican Heritage Site, in a very moderate one room cabin with no electricity or water. Through all that we have endured we are thankful for every day, but in this day and age, it is difficult to give up all amentities over night. (especially for a 12 year old.) I am unable to work in Canada, being a US Citizen and Aggie is too young, so we often have struggles that feel unjust and conditions can be harsh. In fact I don't know too many people MAN or WOMAN who would willingly take this on alone.
I have community support, and they do their best, but maybe, this cause is bigger than Winlaw, BC. and should be shared with the world. We are making history....
Any funds that are so graciously contributed will directly benefit the cause to relinquish our extinct status (1956) in Canada and contribute to endevours that will maintain our survival, with the intention to benefit Sinixt people and all our relations.
