The Aghalee, Aghagallon & Ballinderry Covid-19 Volunteer Support Group is raising money to assist in their work to help those people in our communities who are isolated as a result of the pandemic. We have been overwhelmed by the response from the community and have over 100 volunteers assisting people in the community. If you were unable to volunteer, perhaps you could make a small donation to the running of the support group? The money will be used for running expenses such as printing, petrol, etc.
It also may be used as an emergency fund to purchase food and essentials for those experiencing hardship as a result of becoming unemployed as a result of the pandemic. A set of accounts will be kept and will be available to the public when the crisis is over. Aghalee Village Hall is a Northern Ireland registered charity (NIC100157) and all accounts are independently examined by Daly Park Accountants and are submitted annually to Charity Commission NI.
