Golf to Defeat ALS!

The 4th Annual Agents of Hope Golf Tournament will be held on Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at the Chautauqua Golf Club.

All funds raised will be donated to aid in the fight against ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease). Funds will be shared between the ALS Association and the ALS Division of MDA.
