Keep the dream alive!

Hi, my name is Rose Gleason and I’m raising money to help my grand daughter, Faith to try to keep her dream alive. Faith started riding horses a few years back and really fell in love with the whole lifestyle. When she was around 11 years old, just about 12, she was lucky to find a great mare, Aspen. Faith and Aspen became fast friends and before long began competing in a local Drum Runners competitive series with monthly events and in her first year, she achieved Grand Champion for her age group, which she repeated the second year.

Faith was hooked and started thinking about the future. She wants to be a barrel racer but although Aspen had plenty of heart and did her best, she was a starter horse and not really suited for barrel racing.

So Faith started looking for another horse, one she could use to attain her dream. She didn’t have the money to sink into a fully trained barrel horse but she found a horse that had great potential and along came Cover Girl. Faith spent a few months bonding and building relationship with Cover Girl and arranged for professional training specific to barrels. After 4 months, Faith took over the training again and they began working the barrels as a team.

But unfortunately this past weekend, Faith lost Cover Girl to a twisted gut. Not only is Faith dealing with the loss of her beloved Cover Girl, but also the loss of her plan for her future!

Please help me help Faith keep her dream alive by helping to, I won’t replace Cover Girl, but to find a new partner buddy to help get her there.
