Serious stroke patient needs transport

My wife has had a serious stroke and we need to move her closer to her family for family support, we are moving to Missouri. The insurance company won't pay anywhere near the cost to transport her. So the problem exist that the transport company doesn't want to transport unless you have the funds upfront, the insurance companies don't pay enough for the companies to take the insurance after. I have found a company that will do it for $7600.00 that is a lot better than others I have checked on. I have a job waiting for me in Missouri and a bed for rehabilitation is waiting for her.
