Medical Bills

Hi my name is Gerardo Ramos Jr, I am 29 years old and I am suffering from End Stage Renal disease and I urgently need a kidney transplant. In October of 2012 I was diagnosed after it was discovered during a work physical that my kidneys were not functioning properly.  I have been married for 6 years and I have a beautiful daughter that is 7 years old who is my world and for her I want to continue living. I want her to have the active father she once had. I was originally doing Peritoneal Dialysis and working, until I got a major infection and was in the hospital for almost 2 weeks. I still haven't become well enough to return to work. I was 160lbs before I got the infection and I now weigh 107lbs. I also continued to have problems with high blood pressure and had to be hospitalized again because I had a seizure. I applied for temporary disability but that quickly ran out because I had only paid so much into it. It has been months since I have been able to help provide for my family and my wife has been working hard for us. Still every day household bills along with the on coming medical bills keep growing.
