Legal fees for child custody and expenses

It has been since Sept.21st since I have seen or talked to my 6 year old son. His mother has blocked all contact to myself and my family. I had to file a motion with the courts for a custody order .With covid and life struggles I do not have all of the funds for my legal team to help fight for my son who needs me and my family fully in his life. I have been actively searching for work and have been able to get a couple of small side jobs that aren’t even enough to cover the bills we are trying to stay positive. We have a 2 bedroom apartment and my son has his own room, he has not been able to see or sleep in, With the help of my family he has everything he will need to come straight back in my care. I have been a hands on father since birth I shared custody without a court order after our breakup, my family urged us to get a plan set while things were going somewhat smoothly, We should have heaved their advise .I had some stumbles and some personal losses that lead to a short burst of drug use. That caused me to be homeless for a few months. With the love and support from my partner whom I met at my worst , my family and the love for and from my son .I am back on track and moving forward. COVID hit us hard financially as it has for many. My partner Joe supported me financially till I could be back on my feet happy, healthy and strong mentally, physically, and emotionally. He attended school collecting L&I and graduated with honors. Since his program ended in July so did the L&I checks. With COVID shutting everything down and not qualifying for unemployment benefits we have come on hard times and trying to stay strong knowing we will get through this trying time also. Knowing once we both are back to work we will be back on top . I desperately need my son back in my care again where he thrives and he can express himself and feels secure.  I was able to have her trust me with 5 documented unsupervised visits from Nov.2019 to February 2020. Many visits with my family prior and after. If she did not except my sobriety , why did she allow me those times? I struggled with my Sexuality for years I tried to fight it and hide it. I lived a lie. Now that I am able to set myself free. I am doing better then I have in years. I came out and she refuses to let me have him alone since coming out . I  know I will have people except it and embrace it with me or dislike me and not be ok with my lifestyle. This does not make me unable to love and raise my child and we have an amazing bond..My ex has told me and my family that this is not acceptable or appropriate for our son. She has struggled with mental health and childhood abandonment issues and I feel she is not stable to have him full time, nor does she. She has relied on her mom, brother and  my family to care for him regularly even outside of her work and school schedule up to the time she cut us all off, She wants total control.I feel by me coming out as a gay man was a real hard for her to except .  I need my son and he needs me..Anyone that knows me and my family knows how great my family is and how stable our family is. We are the traditional family that puts family first regardless of feelings. She has also cut contact off with them which has rippled down to also his cousins that he is use to having quality cousin time with and that bond should not be broke. Our family bond is strong on my side and my parter Joe’s side . It hurts to see the impact it has on the whole family especially since my family was there for her when she had no one. My son failed Kindergarten last year with multiple absences and tards along with no distant learning in her care. her mother cares for him and is directly across from the school he attended, how is this possible how is this proper care or acceptable? Not including a month late starting online school this year trying to cover up her actions. She will not provide names of his doctors or dentist to get records to help prove he has not had the care he requires or deserves. He had extensive dental work done without my knowledge. The last known doctor visit it hurt to pee and we have it documented in text messages it took over two days to get his urine sample back to the doctor for analysis. we also have documented in texts the times she has talked poorly about me to my child and has even ripped the phone out of his little hands to yell and bash me in front of him. This behavior is inexcusable and so harmful to my son. She continuously drives with a suspended license and obviously no insurance putting him at risk as well and also has multiple driving infractions which is all documented. I need to save him from anymore of this trauma. And proove my case. My goal is to gain custodial rights 50/50 at minimum as he needs both of us working for him and not against eachother as adults should do for their kids. As much as I would enjoy being able to coparent with her for the best interest of my child and not fight it out in court that is not possible at this time..I hope in the future that it can be accomplished and he can have two happy and healthy parents working for him. Please help Dainon have his dad back and his family that has been there for both of them ,he desperately needs us. Dainon needs the stability and he needs counseling to hopefully help with the damage and hurt that he has been subjected to. If you feel better knowing who my legal team is please feel free to send me a message , I will provide you that information..Thank you from the bottom of my heart...This will have a lasting impact on a wonderful little boy that deserves the best..                                                                                                                                                                             Sincerely grateful , Tommy Molnar
