Hello Everyone,
I'm writing to you today because I really need your help. As most of you know already, I am dealing with chronic health issues including 2 back surgeries and chronic pain. It's been a really hard year. I am now dealing with additional medical issues including Osteoarthritis, Migraines, and a recently broken wrist from a bad fall. I will soon be seeing a neurologist for the migraines and nerve issues. I just can't keep the bills up anymore. I truly hope that you can help.
