Alla Will Beat Multiple Sclerosis

Hello! My name is Gennadi Fedorov. Thank you for stopping by and taking few minutes to read our story.

I am setting up this funding campaign on behalf of my wife of thirty years, Alla. She is 52 years old and is the most beautiful and courageous wife to me, and a loving and caring mother to our three daughters – Olga (29), Emmilia (16) and Nika (14).

Alla fights Multiple Sclerosis (MS). In short, MS is an autoimmune disorder where our immune cells, these little defense “soldiers”, become confused and see good and healthy cells as “intruders” and start attacking and destroying them. People with MS start having trouble with vision, memory, balance, difficulty standing up, walking and controlling their limbs and extremities. They also start having severe neuralgic pains. At some point they can only move around in a wheelchair and with further progression of MS they die… Verdict of modern official medicine is that MS has no cure.

When I decided to start this campaign, I sent my first draft of the story to Olga, our oldest daughter. She asked if she could add to it. When I received and read her paragraphs, I decided that she did a much better job and I replaced most of my own writing with hers:

Olga Fedorov:

Growing up, we were always taught to carve our own paths and not to rely on the kindness of strangers, believing that everything we want or need can be accomplished on our own.  This rang true for the better part of our lives, until our dear mama was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.

At first the disease progression was slow and she managed it like the champ she is, never even letting us see how much she was really suffering.  But lately, it has become impossible to mask her pain even under her tough exterior.  She is barely able to walk and has difficulty using her hands for simple tasks like grasping a phone or a cup of water.  As a complication of MS, she has also developed trigeminal neuralgia… For those unfamiliar with trigeminal neuralgia, it is a chronic pain disorder that has been described as one of the most painful conditions known to humans. I would never wish upon anyone to see a loved one undergo one of these pain episodes, let alone experience it... it’s absolutely heart wrenching.

It’s not easy putting her story out like this, especially not for her… but we do need help and are willing to try any means to get her through treatment.  We ask your support for Stem Cell Therapy in Panama City.  It may seem like a drastic treatment plan but she has tried all other methods, both conventional medicine and holistic, to no avail.  Three years ago she even tried a new experimental MS medication, but had a terrible adverse reaction that almost killed her.  We truly believe Stem Cell Therapy could help halt the progression of this dreadful disease, the MS success stories are remarkable and give us so much hope.

This treatment does not come cheap, and as much as we (Mom, Dad, and 3 daughters) have pooled all of our resources together it is still not even close to enough. Any little bit would help tremendously.

Gennadi Fedorov:

I want to add that, yes, through thorough research Alla and I have found a very unique clinic in Panama City, which successfully treats patients with MS using medication based on stem cells. The Panama City clinic advanced quite far in their method and has stunning results treating MS, paralysis, Parkinson’s and other serious and “incurable” conditions.

One week treatment at this clinic costs US $25,000. Some patients need only one treatment and within 2-3 months after it start experiencing improvements in their health. Other patients may have to come back for 2-nd and even 3-rd treatment.

Alla and I believe that what many people call “life blows” and “misfortunes” is nothing but God’s blessings and opportunities to overcome hardship and step up the spiritual ladder, gain more understanding about true values of life.

With this in mind I want to turn this quest for Alla’s recovery into a mission, a documentary video project, that would help other people with MS and other autoimmune disorders to receive access to valuable information and knowledge that would inspire hope and strong beliefs, that they should fight for themselves and for their loved ones and that there are ways to do that successfully.

I am setting up two major objectives within this campaign:

 1. Collect enough funds to be able to take my wife to Panama City and give her a chance not just to survive, but to return to full health.

2. Record video footage of our journey to health and turn it into an amateur documentary, which I plan to make available to everybody willing to watch and learn through various Internet channels absolutely free.
