Mom Injured By Drunk Driver

Chrissy is a loving mom, wife, and Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
On the evening of August 7th 2015 Chrissy was on her way home from work and at approximately 5:30 pm she was hit head on by a drunk driver while driving over a two lane bridge.
When first responders arrived they noticed that the back end of Chrissy's Chevy Tahoe was teetering on the guard rail and could go over the bridge at any moment. After the fire department stabilized the car, it took approximately 45 min for Chrissy to be extracted from the vehicle.
Chrissy was then air lifted to Memorial Hermann Hospital in the Texas Medical Center. At this time Chrissy has been in the hospital for 10 days and has undergone 4 different surgeries. Chrissy has suffered several broken bones, including a shattered femur, broken arm, many broken toes and bones in her feet, and a severely broken right leg with a compound fracture. She has needed skin and muscle grafts to help with the damage to her right leg, and her right leg will continue to require surgeries for many years to come.
At this time prior to Chrissy's discharged from the hospital she is only able to sit up in bed or on the edge of the bed for 10 minutes every hour, this will continue for at least the next 3-4 weeks, she is unable to use a walker or crutches to get around because she is not allowed to use her left arm, and she is only able to place a small amount of weight through her left leg which is very painful.
Please help raise money for Chrissy's medical bills and many other expenses because the other drivers coverage will not even place a dent in what she will have to pay or what she is going to lose with not being able to work at the job she lives for by helping people who have been through what she has for several months to come as she rehabilitates from her own injuries.
