AF Cares Access Fund

AppsFlyer’s stance has and always will be to extinguish any form of discrimination, including racism, in our corporate culture. Solidarity, being actively anti-racist and advocating for diversity are critical pieces of this, and we'd like to do our part to participate in increasing equality in our communities.

We evaluated over 50 nonprofit and change-making organizations and felt that the three organizations below were best matches for our values, our industry and our goals. We are committed to a sustained effort to create change - and as such - AppsFlyer will be matching employee donations to these three organizations up to a total of $5,000.

The AF Cares Access Fund
allows any one of us who wishes to be involved to take part in doing it together and making a difference. Choose from the causes below that you wish to support, and AppsFlyer will match employee donations made through this GoFundMe page up to $5,000 total.

IMPORTANT: In the comment of your donation, please note which nonprofit you'd like your donation and match to go to. Once you complete your transaction, you will be given the option to leave a comment - please do so there.

If you’d like to donate anonymously, you can do so and still choose an organization. When you receive your email receipt, under the section “Increase your impact” click the link to “Add a Comment”. Under “Display name and comment”, edit your comment, but you can leave the slider button that says “make donations & comments private” set to private. The organizers will see the organization you chose but it won’t be displayed on the page.

Nonprofits are in no particular order.

Black Girls Code

Local to New York and Oakland, the mission of Black Girls Code is to introduce programming and technology to a new generation of coders who will become builders of technological innovation and of their own futures. Black Girls Code strives to increase the number of women of color in the digital space by empowering girls of color ages 7 to 17 to become innovators in STEM fields, leaders in their communities, and builders of their own futures through exposure to computer science and technology. BGC provides African-American youth with the skills to occupy computing jobs with a goal to train 1 million girls by 2040.

We chose Black Girls Code because we love the intersection of technology and supporting people of color in our local community through this initiative.

The Ella Baker Center for Human Rights works locally, statewide, and nationally to shift resources away from prisons and punishment and towards opportunities that make local communities safe, healthy, and strong. They organize with allies to demand that elected officials enact budgets that reflect the values of the people. The Center builds the power and prosperity of black, brown, and poor people in order to create solutions for one of the biggest drivers of injustice today: mass incarceration.

We chose this organization because they do amazing work towards justice in the Bay Area and statewide in California - from petitioning for zero bail to auditing sheriffs departments to calling attention to prison conditions in CA - they have their eyes towards initiatives that make the local SF community more whole.

The Loveland Foundation

There are barriers to accessing therapy but The Loveland Foundation seeks to break down barriers to accessing therapy for members of communities of color, by providing financial assistance and access to therapy for black girls and women nationwide. The Loveland Foundation strives to bring opportunity and healing to communities of color through therapy, fellowships, and residency programs, contributing to empowerment and liberation of the communities they serve. Black women and girls deserve access to healing, and that healing will impact generations.

We support this organization because over the last few months at AppsFlyer, we've prioritized protecting employee health and well being - we know how important it is that each of you is feeling good and well-resourced. We think it'd be amazing to be able to extend that benefit to people of color in our community as well.

AppsFlyers - Now is the time to take part and make a difference. Thank you for your donation! We're #all-in this together.
