My brother oscar toledo jr was killed wensday night he was a victim of a hit and run the vehicle left the sight and left my brother to die. When the ambulance came he was no longer breathing maybe if the ambulance didn't take 40 minutes to be there my brother could of been alive today he was a father to a little 4 yr old boy. My brother was loved by many. All im asking is for donations my mom has no money for the funeral and its so hard to find that kind of money no one could belive that my brother could of died so young he was only 19 turning 20 next month.
