Honor Flight MAINE

Honor Flight Maine is up and running – soon to be up and flying but we need YOUR help. We’ve reserved 55 seats for a flight out of Portland International Jetport on August 25th, returning on August 27th. We need your help to get the plane off the ground. Once we’ve raised $15,000, we’ll submit our request to Honor Flight Headquarters for a matching $15,000 grant and our inaugural Honor Flight Maine will be funded! Your generous donation will be doubled, is tax-deductable and will help make the final dreams of Maine’s most senior heroes come true! So where does your donation go???
$3.00 – Fund a $5 million dollar liability insurance for a veteran
$5.00 – Provide a veteran a disposable camera
$7.00 – Feed a veteran a box lunch from Arby’s
$10.00 – Provide a free tee shirt to a veteran or feed them breakfast
$15.00 – Feed a veteran dinner Old Country Buffet
$20.00 – Feed a veteran dinner at Portland
$37.47 – Tour bus expense per veteran
$135.35 – Lodging at the BWI Hilton
$260.33 – Round trip airfare
$506.40 – Fund the entire trip for a veteran
$2,135.65 – Fund the tour bus for the entire trip
$13,963.42 – Fund every veteran on the trip
