<div>Étudiant étranger en Belgique depuis 2023, j’ai toujours fait de mon mieux pour réussir malgré un petit job et l’éloignement de ma famille. Après avoir dû arrêter de travailler pour terminer mon mémoire, je me retrouve sans logement ni ressources, et je dois me réinscrire pour valider mon diplôme.

<div>Je prends aujourd’hui la parole de manière anonyme, car il m’est difficile de raconter ma situation sans honte. Mais je n’ai plus d’autre choix que de demander un peu de solidarité.

<div>Je suis arrivé en Belgique en septembre 2023. Depuis, j’ai toujours fait de mon mieux pour étudier sérieusement et travailler dès que possible afin de couvrir mes charges.
</div>

<div>Au fil des mois, la pression est devenue lourde : vivre seul loin de ma famille, devoir parfois les aider malgré mon petit salaire, jongler entre études et travail instable… Tout cela a pesé sur ma santé morale.
</div>

<div>J’ai dû prendre une décision difficile : arrêter temporairement de travailler pour me concentrer sur mon mémoire de fin d’études. Ce choix m’a coûté cher financièrement, mais m’a permis de tenir mentalement. Malgré tous mes efforts, je n’ai pas pu valider mon mémoire et je dois me réinscrire. Je vois cela comme une nouvelle chance de décrocher mon diplôme.

<div>Aujourd’hui, ma situation est critique :

<div>- Je n’ai actuellement plus de logement et il me faut financer une caution et un premier loyer,
</div>
<div>- Mes factures en retard me rattrapent,
</div>
<div>- Je dois continuer à subvenir à mes besoins essentiels tout en reprenant mes études.

<div>En tant qu’étudiant étranger, je n’ai pas accès à l’aide sociale (CPAS) sans mettre en danger mon droit de séjour. Je me retrouve donc seul face à cette impasse.

<div>Pourtant, je garde espoir : continuer à persévérer malgré les difficultés, décrocher un emploi stable ou lancer mon activité, et surtout réunir ma femme et mes enfants auprès de moi.
</div>

<div>C’est pourquoi je lance cette cagnotte. Chaque geste, petit ou grand, sera une main tendue pour m’aider à garder un toit, poursuivre mes études et reconstruire un avenir digne pour ma famille.

<div>I’ve been an international student in Belgium since 2023, always doing my best to succeed despite a part-time job and being far from my family. After having to stop working to finish my thesis, I’m now without housing or resources and need to re-enroll to complete my degree.

<div>I’m sharing my story anonymously because it’s difficult to talk about my situation without feeling ashamed. But I have no other choice than to ask for a little solidarity.

<div>I arrived in Belgium in September 2023. Since then, I have always done my best to study seriously and work whenever possible to cover my expenses.
</div>

<div>Over the months, the pressure has become heavy: living alone far from my family, sometimes helping them financially despite my small salary, juggling studies and an unstable job. All of this has weighed on my mental health.

<div>I had to make a difficult decision: temporarily stop working to focus on my final thesis. This choice cost me financially but helped me stay mentally strong. Despite all my efforts, I couldn’t finish my thesis and now need to re-enroll. I see this as a new chance to earn my degree.

<div>Today, my situation is critical:

<div>- I currently have no housing and need to cover a deposit and first month’s rent.
</div>
<div>- My unpaid bills are piling up.
</div>
<div>- I must continue to cover my basic needs while resuming my studies.
</div>

<div>As an international student, I don’t have access to social assistance (CPAS) without risking my residency permit. I’m therefore facing this situation alone.
</div>

</div>
<div>Yet, I remain hopeful: to keep persevering despite the difficulties, find a stable job or start my own activity, and above all, reunite with my wife and children.
</div>

<div>This is why I’m launching this fundraiser. Every contribution, big or small, will be a helping hand to secure a roof, continue my studies, and build a dignified future for my family.
