<div>The Dr. Albert E. Forsythe Chapter of Black Pilots of America, Inc, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, has been opening doors in aviation in New Jersey since 1997. Our mission is to inspire, train, and support underrepresented youth who dream of taking flight.

<div>We offer local community outreach, an Aviation Experience (STEM program), Discovery Flights and the Les Morris Summer Flight Academy in Houston, TX—a two-week program with ground school and real flight training. At $4,500 per student, this life-changing experience helps teens begin their journey to becoming licensed pilots.
