AECC Graduation Ball 2021

The Graduation Party shall be held on Saturday 27th November 2021 at Revolution Bournemouth

Doors open at 7pm and close at 3am. 

We will have our own private room which will have its own separate entrances with doormen who will provide a wristband after checking you off the guestlist. The wristband will allow you to enter our part of the venue and will also allow you to use our bar tab, anyone without an AECC wristband will not be allowed in to our part of the club and will not be able to use our bar tab.

All graduates and their families should aim to arrive around 7pm so we can socialise as a year group and have a few speeches etc. 
AECC students in the lower years can arrive any time after 9pm.

Graduation Party ticket breakdown:

The following is included in the price of the ticket:

- £30 worth of drinks and/or food per person

- Team of security for the doors and to control people coming in and out of our hired space 
- 1x Club Room Hire (capacity 300) + complimentary club space behind the bar if we exceed 300 guests, this space has a 120 person capacity.

- Decorations for the rooms

- Professional DJ for each room

Total cost: £10000 + 3% gofundme fees = £10300

Ticket cost:  £40 per person (based on approx. 260 attendees)

The total raised via Gofundme does not show any refunds given for the old ticket price therefore the total raised is currently wrong and will be wrong going forwards. 

To be paid by 20th November 2021

The capacity is 420 people, tickets shall be on a first come first served basis. All you need to do is contribute £40 per person to this gofundme and I will put your name on the guest list. If you pay for multiple tickets in one contribution i will use the name of the contributor for the guest list and add the required amount of "plus ones" next to the name.  Upon arrival you will receive a wristband, you will only be allowed into our private area of the venue if you have a wristband.
