Hello Friends and Family.
I'm 39 years old and have been lifting weights off and on since my mother got me my first weight set at age 12.
About 2 years ago I started lifting under the direction of a powerlifting coach, Wayne Jandoc. Wayne helped me realize I had some ability on the bench. The first competion Wayne took me to, I set an American record and two California state records with a 508 lb. bench press. I was instantly addicted. My second Meet was the IPL Worlds where I got the silver metal for bench only lift. The world record in my weight class(198lb) is 540lbs.
I just performed a 563 lbs press at a local meet. This earned me 2 state records, and 2 American records. Although this doesn't count as a world record because there are no world officials at local meets. It did, however, get me ranked in the USPA and therefore invited to compete at the 2014 Olympia Pro Benchpress Invitational!
This meet is in Las Vegas on September 19-20. Please support me in my goal to bring home a world title from Olympia. Everything costs money, training, gear, plane tickets, accomodations, food, etc. Any support whatsoever is greatly appreciated. Thank You. Thank You. Thank You.
