Lung transplant for Billy

My name is Chris Walker my husband has been battling something called IPF for 2 years. He has fought hard to keep his job and struggle through working so he wouldn’t lose his insurance and his income. The time has come that he can no longer work due to having to have oxygen 24/7 now. It is hard for him to do anything at the point in his disease. We have been listed for a double lung transplant for about a month now. Have been called 2 times that the hospital has a match, prepared for surgery ready to go just to be told lungs are no good. All of this takes a toll on our family physically, mentally and financially. We are a very private and humble family but are left with no choice but to reach out to family,friends, and anyone who is able to help in our time of need. This is a very crippling disease and our 3 sons BJ, Zachery,and Christopher are heartbroken to seem him suffer and know that the only thing that will save his life is a double lung transplant. We pray that it will come sooner than later. Before and after the transplant is very expensive this is why I am reaching out to everyone to please share this with everyone you know.
