Advance Camp 2019 Fundraising
Advance Camp is in the books and we are so thankful to our contributors so far for making it possible! Our FINAL costs have been accounted for and the goal as listed today (3/10/19) is the complete budget for the event and our fixed goal.

Advance Camp is a networking and training conference for anyone interested in learning more about political optics and logistics for Democratic campaigns on the national level, in preparation for the exciting 2020 Presidential campaign cycle.
We're committed to keeping Advance Camp free for all attendees, but for those who are financially able to contribute to helping put on the event, please consider giving what you are able to help defray costs.
Thanks to many volunteers & generous in-kind donations, we have been able to pull this conference together for 1,547 people on a tiny budget -- the total goal amount currently listed GoFundMe is our total and final budget.
That means the cost per person is right around $15....not bad!
In the interests of full transparency, so you can see where your money's going -- and for the useful exercise for advance folks to see how costs break down, below are FINAL total expenditures as of 3/10/19 to produce Advance Camp.
It should be noted that many of these below services have been generously reduced and some aren't listed because they are being in-kinded altogether, so this is NOT representative of the true costs of putting on an event of this scale.

[Update 3/4/19]: For GoFundMe's security purposes, they ask that we mention the name of the beneficiary on the campaign's story. So his name, and also my name, is Doug Landry. He's going to be the beneficiary so that these funds can replace the funds he's already spent on the Advance Camp project and therefore he can afford food in the later part of March.
